Section 171. It is suggested that the words "jurisdic- tion of the Court" should be substituted for the word

"Colony".

will be effective as regards the rights of persona

Section 205 (3) and saction 214 (5) Some alteration

may be necessary in these subsections so far as regards Shanghai Companies for the purpose of applying the Bankruptcy provisions which are in force in Shanghai. Section 212. Some other authority she ld be substituted for the Colonial Treasurer so far as regards Shanghai

Companies.

Section 212 (1), (2) and(1). Some other authority

Shanghai Companies.

Section 230. There should be some other rule making authority so far as regards the winding up of Shanghai Companios.

Section 223. It is suggested that specific provision should be made for an office in Shanghai with an Assistant Registrar for the receipt of documents in respect of Shanghai Companies for transmission to Hong Kong, and that (1) All documents lodged with the Assistant Registrar at Shanghai shall be lodged in duplicate; (2) One copy shall be filed by the Assistant Registrar in Shanghai and one copy transmitted by him to the Registrar at HongKong; (3) With the exception of the issue of the certificate of incorporation ali acts which are directed to be done by the Registrar shall be done by the Assistant Registrar at Shanghai
